We work with Indonesian producers and workshops who have a good product, real capacity, and want to reach overseas buyers but don't want to set up a full export operation. Here's what we do, what we look for, and how to start.
The full export chain is on our side. You keep producing, we handle everything from international buyer to container on the dock.
Trade shows (FOODEX, SIAL, Ambiente, High Point), online catalog, and direct outreach to importers, distributors, and retail chains in 10+ countries.
Proforma invoices, sales contracts, COA (we pay for lab testing), COO, phytosanitary, fumigation, health certificates, halal where needed.
Independent QC at your facility: raw-material check, mid-production, pre-shipment. Photos and videos sent to the buyer at each step.
Pickup from your location, bonded warehouse storage, container loading at Tanjung Priok or Surabaya, vessel booking, B/L, and freight.
You're never exposed to the buyer directly. All export contracts are between the buyer and Ekspora. We handle the credit risk, the currency, and the after-sales. You receive a clean IDR payment against our local invoice, typically 7 days after B/L.
We don't work with everyone. To keep our buyers happy, we need to be confident in the basics before we bring you into the catalog.
Minimum 1 container / month consistent production. We can scale up from there.
Documented QC, ideally a previous export track record or third-party certifications ( organik, fair-trade, PEFC, etc.).
Indonesian business entity (PT / CV), NPWP, NIB. We need proper invoicing and tax compliance on the local side.
WhatsApp during Indonesian business hours, English-friendly for written communication, and willing to send samples promptly.
Most new producer partnerships take 4–8 weeks from first contact to first shipment. Here is what that looks like.
Submit the form below. Include product, capacity, photos, and any certifications.
30-minute video call to walk through your operation and answer questions on both sides.
We visit your facility, do a first QC check, and ship paid samples to a reference buyer.
Sign partnership agreement, set pricing, agree QC protocols, list you on the catalog.
Tell us what you make and how much you can produce. We'll come back inside three business days.
